Why I created ALIGN
Throughout my career, both as a senior clinical lead in healthcare and later through building my own holistic business, I had the privilege of working closely with hundreds of women. Again and again, I met talented, passionate practitioners doing meaningful work and making a genuine difference in the lives of others.
Alongside their expertise, I also saw the challenges many faced when it came to building and growing a business. Visibility, direction, confidence in decision-making, professional development, meaningful connections and having access to the right support were themes that surfaced time and time again.
The more women I met, the clearer it became that there was a need for a dedicated space where holistic practitioners could come together to connect, learn, collaborate and grow.
ALIGN was created to meet that need.
